Namun begitu, Sarimah menegaskan dia berada dalam keadaan berhati-hati malah berat 'dumbbells' yang diangkat itu sangat ringan.

"Working out while pregnant requires some adjustment, lighter weights, less reps and controlled breathing.
"This exercise helps keep my backache under control sebab dapat 'membuka' upper spine sikit.
"Kalau tidak posture asyik hunching aje ke depan.
"I love weight training and have being doing this for a year now three times a week plus my cardio and pilates.
"It keep my blood pressure down, weight under control and pain lessened.
